Advanced Air Mobility
Introducing an air transportation system that moves people and cargo from and to previously underserved or unserved areas, including local, regional, intraregional, and urban locations. This system utilizes cutting-edge aircraft, only recently made possible by technological advancements, to provide a safe, silent, and zero-emission mode of transport. With highly automated features, it offers significant reductions in travel times.
Urban Air Mobility
In the coming years, the first type of passenger transport service available will be Urban Air Mobility, facilitating connections within urban and suburban areas as well as to and from airports spanning distances of up to 50-80 km. This innovative mode of transportation will be made possible through the use of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
Vertiports
The AAM ground infrastructure: compact and built near major connecting hubs or key areas of our cities, to allow passengers to embark and disembark from eVTOLs that will transport them from one point of the urban network to another. Vertiports will also be the place where eVTOLs will undergo cleaning, maintenance and battery recharging.
eVTOL
Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft are safe, efficient, zero-emission, and quiet vehicles designed to take off and land in dense urban environments. These advanced aircraft can operate at low altitudes, providing a means of transportation over cities.
