UrbanV aims to protect the privacy of its users and will therefore endeavour to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for their rights, confidentiality and personal identity.

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016 (GDPR) ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation” or “GDPR”) in relation to the processing of personal data related to the submission of requests on the “Contact” and “Careers” forms on the UrbanV S.p.A. website.

DATA CONTROLLER

UrbanV S.p.A with registered office in Via Pier Paolo Racchetti, 1 – 00054 Fiumicino (Rome), is the Data Controller (hereinafter “the Controller” or “UrbanV”).

TYPES AND PROCESSING METHODS

In compliance with the principles established by the legislation in force, the Personal data[1] to be processed are those voluntarily entered on the forms available for the submission of requests for information (contact) and recruiting (careers). By Personal data is meant in particular first name, surname, e-mail address, as well as any further personal data entered in the “Your message” box and CV included. With reference to the latter, such data include: “common data” and, where the selection concerns the categories referred to in Law no. 68 of 12 March 1999, also “special data” referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, concerning registration in the employment lists pursuant to Law 68/99. The CV may contain photographic images as volunteered by the candidate.

Data are processed in compliance with the regulations in force by means of manual, IT and electronic tools, with logic strictly associated with the purposes specified, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

Following your explicit consent, the personal data processing is made by UrbanV for the sole following purposes:

the purpose of allowing requests for information to be forwarded (contacts form);
for purposes related to the personnel recruitment for the Company (careers module).
The consent to data processing is necessary for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, if the required fields are missing or not completed, requests made via the contacts and careers forms cannot be processed.

The processing is necessary in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract (provision of the requested service) to which the Data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual clauses taken by the Data subject.

Also in compliance with the principle of data minimisation, candidates filling in the ‘careers‘ form are requested not to enter data and information that are redundant and/or unnecessary with respect to the purposes of recruitment and personnel selection. Candidates are therefore requested not to indicate personal data belonging to particular categories (relating in particular to state of health, religious beliefs and political opinions) other than those possibly envisaged for the purpose of the selection (registration on employment lists pursuant to Italian Law no. 68/99); in this case the Data Controller will refrain from using such information.

DATA RECIPIENTS

In the context of requests made using the ‘contacts‘ and ‘careers‘ forms on the UrbanV site, only persons authorised by the Data controller may access the personal data provided.

UrbanV will only disclose the personal data you provide to third parties to the extent that such disclosure is necessary for the performance of its activities and the pursuit of the stated purposes, as well as if it is required by law.

NON-EU DATA TRANSFER

Data will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties located outside of the European Economic Area.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Personal Data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed. The Personal Data will only be kept by the Data Controller for as long as necessary for the purposes they are collected in compliance with the principle of data minimisation ex-art. 5.1.c) GDPR. In particular, Personal data relating to any applications, entered in the “careers” form, will be kept following the stated purposes and in accordance with the principle of data minimisation, for a period not exceeding 24 months after collection.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects (i.e. the persons to whom the data refer) may, at any time, exercise the following rights in respect of UrbanV, as Data controller, pursuant to Art. 15 ff. GDPR: the right to access the data concerning him/her, to rectify any inaccurate data and, where applicable, the rights of portability, restriction and objection to processing.

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend and update this policy over time.
